The hotel was nice over all….the maid need to thoroughly clean the rooms the mirror on the wall was filthy & had not been cleaned after the last customer checked out! The person that checked me in was very pleasant helpful & nice the lady that check me out was not I had to stand & wait while she saw me come up not until I asked for help did she come then said “oh you can leave your key on the desk” no I’m not & I had to ask for a receipt!!! Poor customer service!!!

Location was quite far from the airport. The room was overall clean. Just the linens were not ironed, so it doesn’t felt comfy. For the second bed, the mattress was twice big. So you should be sleeping on the one side, otherwise you can fall down. The breakfast was good. There is transfer to and from the airport, that makes ur life easier. Overall a good option for one night

The staff.. I have been traveling alot we went to a army graduation so we stayed at comfort inn Atlanta Airport. The staff at the front desk very sweet, polite, kind, they always greet you, ask if all is well etc. This was one of my best stays in a long time. The area is close to the airport, restaurant , car rental and gas station, plus the shuttle service a bonus.

When you arrive to the hotel the staff is very nice and welcoming. The entrance is very clean nice decor. I liked that we had a window view room. The airport is nearby so the view was amazing at night looking at the planes if you are traveling with little ones, it's a bonus. Distance to downtown area is about 15-20mins even with traffic.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling worked well also. We appreciated being able to park our car for our trip and the shuttle service to the airport.
